Guidelines for Abstract Submission
Deadline:
Abstracts must be submitted by the specified deadline. Late submissions may not
be accepted.
Word Limit:
Abstracts should be limited to 3500 characters.
Image Format:
PDF or JPG size less than 10 mb.
Language:
Must be in English, using clear and scientific language.
Structure:
Follow a logical structure:
Background, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Originality:
Submissions must be original and not previously published.
Authorship:
Include full names and affiliations of all authors. Indicate the presenting author.
Ethical Compliance:
For studies involving humans or animals, mention ethical approval and informed
consent, if applicable.
Review Process:
All abstracts will undergo peer review based on scientific quality and relevance.
