I can’t log in
Check your email and password. If needed, use Reset Password. Still stuck? Contact us with your device, OS version, and app version.
Where are my courses?
Tap or click on Dashboard and login if necessary. Here you will see My Courses.
How do I get my certificate?
Complete all modules and the assessment; your certificate appears under My Certificates.
Notifications aren’t coming through
Enable notifications in your device settings and in-app (Menu → Settings). Ensure Low Power/Do Not Disturb isn’t blocking alerts.
